Tender Executive

Responsibilities:

• Identify and track live tenders, RFIs, RFPs, and EOIs across portals such as GEM, eProcure, MoD, and NSIC.
• Prepare complete bid documentation including technical, commercial, and compliance submissions.
• Coordinate inputs from internal teams — technical, operations, and finance — to ensure accurate and timely tender responses.
• Maintain a centralized tender tracker with submission deadlines, bid status, and follow-up actions.
• Ensure 100% adherence to DAP-2020, Make-II, and GEM procurement norms.
• Participate in pre-bid meetings, compile clarifications, and communicate updates to the management team.
• Draft and update vendor registration documents for agencies like Army, Air Force, DRDO, NSIC, and MSME.
• Prepare Swayat tables, indigenous content declarations, and technical compliance matrices.
• Follow up with procurement authorities for bid opening results, technical evaluations, and award status.
• Generate weekly and monthly MIS reports summarizing tender pipeline, outcomes, and win ratios.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in tendering or RFP management for defence, PSU, or government sectors.
• Strong understanding of DAP-2020 procedures, GEM portal operations, and Make-I/Make-II processes.
• Excellent command over MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, AI Tools for documentation and formatting.
• Detail-oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate across departments and meet strict submission timelines.
• Prior experience with UAV, defence electronics, or hardware OEMs is an added advantage.
