We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Tender Executive to join our team in Panchkula. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 5 years of experience in the tendering process.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and coordinate tender preparation, submission, and evaluation processes.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure successful bid submissions.
Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify new business opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement tender strategies.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Monitor and report on tender progress, including bid outcomes and contract awards.

Job Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in tendering or a related field.
Strong knowledge of tender preparation, submission, and evaluation processes.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
