Job Description

The Tender Executive is responsible for managing the complete tendering process—right from identifying relevant tenders to preparing, submitting, and tracking bids. The role requires strong coordination, documentation, and communication skills to ensure timely and accurate submission of tenders and compliance with all requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Tender Identification:
  • Monitor government portals, industry websites, and notifications to identify new tender opportunities.
  • Evaluate tender eligibility and requirements.
  • Tender Preparation & Submission:
  • Collect, compile, and verify documents required for tender submissions.
  • Prepare technical and financial bids in accordance with tender specifications.
  • Coordinate internally for product information, pricing, certifications, and approvals.
  • Ensure tenders are submitted within deadlines—online or physically.
  • Documentation Management:
  • Maintain updated records of company registrations, certificates, affidavits, client references, and other compliance documents.
  • Coordination & Communication:
  • Liaise with government departments, clients, and vendors for clarifications, corrigenda, and updates.
  • Work closely with sales, finance, and legal teams for bid preparation.
  • Follow-up & Reporting:
  • Track tender results and maintain a database of submitted bids, wins, losses, and reasons.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of tendering processes (GeM, CPPP, e-Procurement portals).
  • Excellent communication (written & verbal) and coordination skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PDF editing, scanning).
  • Strong organizational and documentation abilities.
  • Ability to understand technical and commercial requirements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
  • Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience in tender management (preferred).
  • Familiarity with government procurement norms and e-bidding platforms.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
