Position Overview

The Tele Sales Operations Manager will be responsible for leading and overseeing the tele sales team to achieve revenue targets, improve conversion rates, and ensure operational excellence. The role requires a strong mix of sales strategy, team leadership, and process optimization to maximize results.

Key Responsibilities1. Team Leadership & Performance Management

  • Lead, motivate, and mentor the telesales team to achieve sales targets.
  • Set and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
  • Track KPIs including call volume, lead conversion, and acquisition cost.
  • Conduct performance reviews, coaching, and training sessions.

2. Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement telesales scripts and pitch strategies.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Optimize the sales funnel from lead generation to closure.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure steady lead flow.

3. Operations & Process Management

  • Ensure efficient lead distribution and tracking through CRM (Bolt preferred).
  • Monitor call quality and compliance with guidelines.
  • Analyze sales data to identify gaps, trends, and improvement areas.
  • Drive process automation for enhanced productivity.

4. Reporting & Analytics

  • Prepare and present detailed sales performance reports to management.
  • Track ROI on sales campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer feedback.

5. Compliance & Customer Experience

  • Ensure adherence to DND, data privacy, and compliance regulations.
  • Resolve escalated customer queries effectively.
  • Uphold professionalism and high-quality customer interactions.

Qualifications & Skills

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field (MBA preferred).

Experience:

  • Minimum 8+ years in telesales/inside sales, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Skills:

  • Strong leadership and people management abilities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (Bolt preferred).
  • Data-driven decision-making and strong analytical mindset.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

  • Monthly sales revenue.
  • Lead-to-sale conversion rate.
  • Average call handling time & quality score.
  • Team attrition rate.
  • Customer satisfaction score.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
