Job Description

Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and manage the telesales team to drive daily performance. Set, monitor, and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Improve lead conversion rates and optimize follow-up processes. Maintain daily sales reports and analyze team performance. Handle customer escalations and support in closing high-value leads. Ensure discipline, compliance, and accurate data management across the team. Work closely with management to refine sales scripts, strategies, and workflows. Requirements 2+ years of sales experience. Minimum 1 year of team-handling experience. Strong communication, leadership, and motivational skills. Target-driven mindset with the ability to perform under pressure. Ability to analyse numbers, evaluate performance, and build effective sales strategies. Good understanding of tele-calling processes and customer behaviour.
