Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telesales Executive located in Indore. The Telesales Executive will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as lead generation, handling customer inquiries, providing customer support, and closing sales. This role requires effective communication skills to build relationships with potential clients, guide them through our financial solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
Experience in Lead Generation and Sales is preferred
Capabilities in providing effective Customer Support
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Previous experience in the financial services industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
