Telesales Manager

Responsibilities:

1 Lead and supervise a team of travel agents, providing direction, guidance, and support.

2 Monitor team performance, productivity, and adherence to company policies and procedures.

3 Train new team members on booking systems & company processes

4 Handle escalated customer inquiries & complaints, ensuring timely resolution

5 Guest Handling

6 Develop and implement sales strategies to meet team targets & revenue goals.

7 Conduct regular performance evaluations & provide constructive feedback to team

8 Maintain positive & collaborative team environment, encouraging for teamwork

9 Stay updated on industry trends, travel products & destination information to provide accurate advice and recommendations.

10 Collaborate with other departments (e.g., marketing, operations) to optimize processes & improve customer experience.

Requirements:

1 Proven experience as a Travel Agent or Travel Consultant, with a leadership role.

2 Excellent knowledge of travel destinations, products, and services.

3 Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.

4 Ability to multitask, prioritize, and delegate responsibilities effectively.

5 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

6 Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
