Domestic Voice and Telesales - Tamil, Malayalam, Telugu, Kannada and Hindi. Mode of Work: Only Work from office Day Shift Domestic Voice and Telesales: Day Shift and No Cab Facility. No of Openings: 50 plus Roles and Responsibilities: · Telesales - Insurance, Mutual Funds and Loans · Handling customers query and request for the services · Understand customer requirement and provide the best customer service experience (fresher’s with excellent communication) · Should be ready to work in pure night shift (Between 5 PM to 10AM any 9 Hrs.) - For US Shift · Saturday/Sunday No fixed off - For US Shift Eligibility Criteria: · Excellent English Communication Written & Verbal. · Minimum 6 months experience into any Domestic process.
