We re looking for an experienced Telesales Manager to lead our inside sales efforts. You ll collaborate closely with marketing and operations teams to optimise lead pipelines and improve customer engagement.

As a key member of the sales leadership team, you ll be responsible for mentoring agents, refining scripts, tracking performance metrics, and ensuring the team consistently meets and exceeds targets.
