Future Prep Solution is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our team. This pivotal role involves proactively engaging with potential and existing clients over the phone to understand their financial preparedness and recommend suitable insurance and investment products. The ideal candidate is a confident communicator, goal-oriented, and passionate about helping clients secure their future through smart financial solutions. Key Responsibilities Outbound Sales & Lead Management: Initiate a high volume of outbound calls daily to potential clients using provided leads and databases. Conduct initial consultations and needs assessments to understand clients' current financial situation, goals, and risk tolerance. Product Expertise & Pitching: Effectively present and explain the features and benefits of various insurance (e.g., Child , Education plan ,Retirement plan ) and(e.g., mutual funds, retirement plans) products offered by Future Prep Solution. Tailor sales pitches to individual client needs. Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets (quotas) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Handle client objections professionally and navigate the sales cycle to successfully close deals over the phone. Documentation & Compliance: Maintain accurate, detailed, and timely records of all client interactions and sales activities within the company's CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). Ensure all sales and consultation practices adhere strictly to industry regulations and company compliance policies. Client Relationship: Build and maintain long-term, professional relationships with clients to foster trust and encourage repeat business and referrals. Required Qualifications and Skills Education: [High School Diploma or equivalent required / Bachelor's degree preferred, especially in Finance, Business, or Marketing] Experience: [1-3]+ years of proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or direct sales, preferably selling insurance, investment, or other financial services. Communication: Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills, with a clear, persuasive, and professional phone presence. Sales Acumen: Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills, with a track record of meeting tough sales targets. Technical Skills: Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
