Job Description

As a Customer Relationship Executive in the Sales Development department located in Raipur, your role involves providing exceptional support to customers, building strong relationships, and driving sales conversions. You will need a deep understanding of products and services to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Assist customers with inquiries related to products and services, ensuring they are well-informed for making purchasing decisions. - Provide timely and accurate responses to sales-related inquiries to achieve high customer satisfaction. - Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and loyalty. - Act as a point of contact for customers, addressing their needs and concerns to enhance their overall experience. - Identify potential sales opportunities, convert inquiries into sales, and contribute to the team's sales targets. - Track and follow up on leads for maximum conversion rates, focusing on upselling and cross-selling when appropriate. - Maintain a comprehensive understanding of Marble products and services to assist customers effectively and drive sales. - Stay updated on product features, benefits, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers. - Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve sales strategies and product offerings. - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to enhance customer experience and address areas for improvement. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred. - Proven experience in customer support or sales, preferably in a similar industry. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively. - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. In this role, your performance will be measured based on key metrics like sales conversion rates, customer satisfaction scores, and lead follow-up effectiveness. Regular reviews will be conducted to ensure alignment with the company's sales objectives and customer service standards.
