We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic 1 year of experienced in Sales (B2B or B2C or Sales) to join our team.
Experience : 1 year to 5 years of experience (Sales / Marketing)
Work Location : Anna Nagar, Chennai (Near to Thirumangalam Metro)
Working Days: 5 Days (1st & 3rd Saturday is fixed off & All Sunday fixed off)
Work Timings: 10 AM to 7 PM
Key Responsibilities: B2B
* Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify, qualify, and generate high-quality leads from international academic institutions and organizations through digital platforms, research databases, networking, and outreach.
* Develop and execute international academic partnership strategies across multiple regions.
* Conduct effective sales pitches and follow-ups with international academic institutions.
* Convert leads into successful partnerships by clearly articulating value propositions.
* Maintain consistent and professional verbal and written communication with clients.
* Deliver compelling presentations and prepare well-documented proposals and partnership materials.
* Collaborate with internal departments (marketing, research, operations) to ensure delivery and alignment.
* Manage CRM entries, reports, and communication logs for transparency and tracking.
Key Requirements:
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Relations, or related field.
* Minimum 1–5 years of international academic or B2B sales experience with a strong emphasis on lead generation, preferably in the education sector.
* Proven experience managing global clients and partnerships across various regions.
* Strong lead generation skills and familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM software, etc.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Outstanding presentation and documentation capabilities.
* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to influence decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities: B2C
* Actively reach out to researchers, academicians, and students via phone, email, WhatsApp, and social media to promote participation in IFERP events and services.
* Understand customer needs and guide them toward suitable conferences, journals, or research support services.
* Achieve monthly individual sales targets (registrations, upselling premium services, etc.).
* Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns and convert them into confirmed participants.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and transactions in CRM tools.
* Handle objections and provide effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
* Build long-term relationships with individual participants for repeat engagement.
Key Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or related field.
* 1–3 years of experience in B2C sales, preferably in academic events, edtech, or training domains.
* Strong verbal communication and persuasive selling skills.
* Proficiency in using CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and online communication platforms.
* Ability to work independently and handle multiple leads simultaneously.
* Goal-oriented with a proactive mindset
