The Telesales Executive will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, generating leads, managing customer inquiries, providing customer support, and closing sales deals. Daily tasks include managing customer databases, following up on leads, providing exceptional customer service, and achieving sales targets. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills Experience in Lead Generation and Sales Customer Support experience Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills Ability to work independently and meet sales targets High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is a plus Previous experience in telesales or a similar role is preferred
