Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Tele Marketing Manager to lead and manage our telemarketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, developing, and executing outbound calling strategies to generate leads, set appointments, and support overall sales objectives. The role requires leadership, performance tracking, and the ability to optimize team productivity. Key Responsibilities: Lead and supervise the telemarketing team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation and sales targets. Develop calling scripts, pitch strategies, and process flow to enhance conversion ratios. Train, mentor, and monitor tele calling executives for performance improvement and quality control. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment on lead qualification and appointment setting. Analyze performance metrics (calls per day, leads generated, conversion ratios) and report on campaign outcomes. Implement and manage CRM tools to track leads and customer engagement. Ensure customer database is regularly updated and maintained with accuracy and confidentiality. Handle escalations and provide solutions in a professional and timely manner. Prepare reports and insights for upper management, including campaign analysis and team performance. Key Requirements: Proven experience (2–5 years) in telemarketing or tele sales, preferably in travel, hospitality, or real estate industries. At least 2-5 years of team management or supervisory experience. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making. Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Ability to work under pressure and meet aggressive targets. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
