Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and motivated Telemarketing Manager to lead our outbound and inbound telemarketing team. This role involves developing effective telemarketing strategies, setting performance goals, managing day-to-day operations, and ensuring high-quality lead generation and customer engagement. The ideal candidate is results-driven, organized, and skilled in people management. Key Responsibilities Lead, manage, and coach the telemarketing team to achieve individual and team targets. Develop and implement telemarketing strategies to increase sales, generate leads, and improve customer retention. Monitor team performance, analyze call metrics, and prepare regular reports on KPIs. Create scripts, call flows, and training materials for telemarketers. Conduct regular training sessions to improve communication skills, product knowledge, and sales techniques. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align on campaign objectives and feedback. Handle escalated customer calls and resolve issues efficiently. Ensure compliance with data protection laws and telemarketing regulations. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to refine telemarketing practices.
