Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Telemarketing Executive to join our team at Panacorp Software Solutions. The ideal candidate will have 9 years of experience in telemarketing or a related field.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective telemarketing strategies to achieve business goals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication.
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through cold calling and other techniques.
Collaborate with the sales team to convert leads into sales and meet targets.
Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity.
Provide excellent customer service and support to existing clients.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in telemarketing or a related field, with a minimum of 9 years of experience.
Strong knowledge of IT Services & Consulting industry trends and practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
Experience working with software solutions and technology is an added advantage.
