Role Description

This is a full-time, hybrid role for a Telemarketing Executive located in Nagpur, with some work from home acceptable. The Telemarketing Executive will be responsible for generating leads, providing customer service and support, conducting sales calls, and effectively communicating with potential and existing customers. Day-to-day tasks will include reaching out to prospective clients, responding to inquiries, and maintaining customer relationships to drive sales growth.

Lead Generation and Sales skills
Customer Service and Customer Support experience
Effective Communication skills
Experience in a similar role is preferred
A proactive and self-motivated attitude
Ability to work both independently and in a team
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is advantageous
