Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Field Sales Executive based in Nagpur, with some work from home flexibility. The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, maintaining and building relationships with existing clients, providing product presentations and demonstrations, achieving sales targets, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. The role also involves staying updated with industry trends, conducting market research, and generating sales reports.

Qualifications

Sales and customer relationship management skills
Ability to conduct product presentations and demonstrations
Market research and trend analysis skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience in the agricultural sector is a plus
