Key Responsibilities Develop new business opportunities for language services. Build client relationships from initial contact to deal closure. Respond to client inquiries and maintain client satisfaction. Understand potential clients’ localization challenges and offer tailored solutions. Work closely with the Service Delivery (Project Management) team. Maintain accurate records in CRM (Zoho). Manage databases for contacts, activities, and business results. What We Look For in an Ideal Candidate Fluency in spoken and written English. Knowledge of Zoho CRM (preferred). Bilingual or trilingual skills are a plus. Ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Attention to detail and a team-first attitude. Willingness to work in rotational shifts . Educational Qualifications BBA, MBA, B.Com, M.Com, BBE or equivalent. Experience Freshers and candidates with 0–2 years of experience are welcome.
