Job Description

As the Sales and HR Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales strategy while ensuring smooth human resources operations. Your responsibilities will include:

Sales Management:

  • Lead, mentor, and support the existing sales team to achieve sales targets and enhance performance.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and initiatives to boost revenue and market presence.
  • Monitor sales metrics, analyze performance data, and provide actionable insights to improve sales operations.
  • Foster strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Recruitment and Staffing:

  • Oversee the recruitment process for new sales and manufacturing staff, from job posting and candidate screening to interviews and hiring.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
  • Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires and provide ongoing training and support.

Human Resources Operations:

  • Manage daily HR functions including employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution.
  • Administer HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal and company standards.
  • Coordinate employee benefits, payroll, and other HR-related tasks.
  • Promote a positive and productive work environment through employee engagement and satisfaction initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales management and human resources, preferably in the beauty or manufacturing industry.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills with a track record of driving sales performance.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
