Job Description

Team leadership: Recruit, select, train, and coach telemarketing staff to meet objectives. Strategy and planning: Develop and implement internal acquisition campaigns, set sales targets and budgets, and create action plans. Performance monitoring: Track, analyze, and report on team performance, ensuring goals are met or exceeded. Collaboration: Work with sales and marketing teams to align strategies, refine messaging, and provide qualified leads. Compliance: Ensure the team follows company policies, industry regulations, and relevant laws. Market analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify market opportunities.  Qualifications Experience: Proven experience in a telemarketing or sales leadership role. Skills: Strong people leadership and coaching abilities. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Analytical skills to interpret data and facilitate business discussions. Strong organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office. Education: High school diploma or equivalent is often required; a degree in a related field is a plus.
