Job Description

Content Creation: Develop and create engaging content, including graphics and videos, for various social media platforms. Account Management: Manage and maintain the organization's social media accounts, ensuring brand consistency across all platforms. Strategy and Planning: Plan and maintain a content calendar, schedule posts for optimal engagement, and contribute to the overall social media strategy. Community Management: Monitor social media channels for user comments and messages, and respond to inquiries in a professional manner. Performance Analysis: Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics to understand what content is effective and how to improve future campaigns. Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends, platform updates, and industry developments to ensure the brand's content remains relevant. Campaign Execution: Execute social media campaigns, which may include managing paid advertising on different platforms. Collaboration: Work with other team members to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals and ensure brand consistency. Key Skills and Qualifications Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing. Proficiency in graphic design and video editing tools is a plus. Strong understanding of different social media platforms and their analytics. Excellent communication and writing skills. Creative and strategic thinking abilities. Organizational skills and attention to detail.
