Hiring of a Telecaller for Mavenoak Express   Job Brief If you are a good communicator, enjoy interacting with people, and have a passion for customer service and sales, we want to talk to you. Mavenoak Express is looking for a Telecaller who will be responsible for connecting with potential customers and vendors over the phone, explaining our products and services, resolving queries, and generating leads for the business. You will play a key role in building customer relationships, onboarding vendors, and supporting our marketplace growth. Responsibilities •       Make outbound calls to potential customers and vendors to explain Mavenoak Express’s services and platform benefits. •       Generate leads actively through cold calling, follow-ups, and referrals with the aim to convert leads into successful vendor onboarding or sales. •       Work on daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation and conversion targets as set by the company. •       Follow up rigorously with warm and cold leads through calls, WhatsApp, or emails to drive closures. •       Maintain a high call volume, ensuring effective conversations that result in lead qualification and sales. •       Accurately record lead details, call status, customer requirements, and outcomes in CRM tools or Excel sheets. •       Share information about ongoing offers, promotions, and platform benefits to attract vendors/customers. •       Address vendor/customer queries professionally, handle objections, and offer clear solutions. •       Coordinate with the sales, onboarding, and operations teams to ensure smooth vendor registration and customer service. •       Provide daily call reports, lead status updates, and performance summaries to the reporting manager. •       Continuously improve call scripts, communication techniques, and objection handling based on feedback and training. •       Achieve individual and team targets consistently related to: o  Number of calls per day o  Qualified leads generated o Successful vendor onboardings or sales closures o  Follow-up adherence and customer engagement   Requirements and Skills •       Minimum Qualification: Graduation in any stream (mandatory). •       Proven experience (0–2 years) in telecalling, telesales, customer support, or a similar role. Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome. •       Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi, English, and Bengali (any additional language will be an advantage). •       Strong persuasion skills, negotiation skills, and problem-solving ability to convert leads into sales. •       Ability to handle objections, convince customers, and build rapport over the phone. •       Target-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure and achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets. •       Must possess active listening skills, patience, and a customer-centric approach. •       Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word), Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business, and ability to use CRM software for data entry and lead tracking. •       Time management skills to handle multiple calls and follow-ups efficiently. •       Quick learner with the ability to understand products, services, and pitch effectively. •       Strong follow-up skills to convert potential leads into successful onboardings. •       Must be a team player, collaborative, and able to coordinate with internal departments like sales and operations. •       Adaptability to dynamic targets, changing processes, and fast-paced work environments. •       Must maintain a positive attitude, professionalism, and confidence while dealing with customers.
