As a Customer Service Executive / Telecaller at Bharat Matrimony, your role involves reaching out to customers over the phone to sell paid memberships and provide excellent service. Here is what you can expect in this position: **Role Overview:** You will be responsible for making outbound calls, following up on leads, and selling memberships by explaining the product features to customers.
