Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to promote our products and services, addressing customer inquiries, and maintaining accurate customer records. This role requires excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service.

Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services
Answer incoming calls and address customer inquiries or concerns
Maintain and update customer databases with accurate information
Follow up with leads and provide necessary information to convert them into clients
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets set by the management
Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive company image
Prepare reports on call activities and customer feedback
Collaborate with team members to improve processes and outcomes

Skills and Qualifications

2-8 years of experience in telecalling or a similar role
Proficient in spoken and written English and Hindi; knowledge of regional languages is a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively
Basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
Strong listening skills and a customer-centric approach
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Familiarity with sales principles and practices is preferred
