Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team in Sector 54, Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in sales and marketing, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective business development strategies to achieve sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and identify new business opportunities.
Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to stay ahead of the competition.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.
Identify and pursue new business leads through cold calling and other sales techniques.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Job Requirements

Graduation degree required; relevant field preferred.
Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Proven experience in sales and marketing or business development.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a team environment and meet deadlines.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Experience letter and salary slips required.
Working days: 6 days per week.
Time: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.
