InSoftLink Software is a leading provider of innovative software solutions designed to empower schools and enhance the educational experience. We are looking for a highly motivated Telecaller to join our growing sales team and connect with schools to promote our School Management Software.

Job Summary:

As a Telecaller Sales Person, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential school clients, explaining our software solutions, and generating qualified leads. This is a key role in our sales funnel, and you will work closely with the sales team to convert interested schools into clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to school contacts from the provided and Self find database.
• Introduce and explain our school management software over the phone.
• Understand the needs of schools and schedule demos with sales executives.
• Follow up with prospects regularly to maintain interest.
• Maintain detailed records of calls, follow-ups, and outcomes.
• Meet daily/weekly calling and lead generation targets.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth lead handover.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 12th pass; graduate preferred BBA, BA, MBA
• Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Basic knowledge of computers and Google Sheets/Excel.
• Previous experience in telecalling or customer service is a plus.
• Self-motivated and target-driven.
