Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Telecaller to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work from home.

Roles and Responsibility

Interact with clients via phone, WhatsApp, or during their visits to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Inform clients about products and guide them through the process and costing to close sales deals.
Coordinate with internal teams, including design and operations, to ensure timely delivery to clients.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships to increase sales and revenue.
Provide exceptional customer service to resolve complaints and concerns.
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly targets and goals.

Job Requirements

Good communication skills and fluency in English are essential.
Experience in telecalling, telesales, or voice processing is preferred.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Familiarity with BPO industry practices and procedures.
Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
Must be based in Gurgaon.
