Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and target-oriented Telecaller to join our team at Capital Placement Services, located in Sector-74 DLF Corporate Greens Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in telecalling or recruitment, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Roles and Responsibility

Make outbound calls to potential clients and follow up on inquiries.
Convert leads into site visits or meetings through effective communication.
Utilize good communication skills to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
Meet targets and achieve goals in a target-oriented approach.
Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
Collaborate with the team to achieve common goals and objectives.

Job Requirements

Fluency in Hindi and English is mandatory.
Previous telecalling experience is preferred.
Ability to work in a team environment and meet deadlines.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships.
Familiarity with IT software and mobile technologies is an added advantage.
Qualification: B.A, B.B.A, B.Com, B.Ed.
