Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and ambitious individual with 0-2 years of sales experience to join our team as a Telecaller in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, be based in Gurgaon, and willing to learn.

Roles and Responsibility

Handle outbound calls to generate leads and convert them into sales.
Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to increase repeat business.
Identify new business opportunities through cold calling and voice process.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets set by the management.
Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve common goals.

Job Requirements

Good communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in telecalling, outbound calling, or inbound calling is preferred.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales processes.
Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities.

Qualification: B.Arch.
