Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Telecaller to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have 2-8 years of experience in the recruitment industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Roles and Responsibility

Making outbound calls to potential customers/leads and following up on inquiries.
Explaining products/services to clients over the phone and maintaining records of calls and client information.
Scheduling appointments and handling basic customer queries.
Multitasking and staying organized while meeting sales targets.
Providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships with clients.
Collaborating with the sales team to achieve business objectives.

Job Requirements

Minimum qualification: BA pass or Graduate.
Good verbal and written communication skills (Hindi & English).
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Email).
Pleasant personality and telephone etiquette.
Ability to multitask and stay organized.
Experience in telemarketing, telecalling, or sales is an added advantage.
Strong negotiation skills and convincing power.
Knowledge of BPO, KPO, LPO, Customer Service, ITES, Voice Process, Presentation Skills, International BPO, Inbound, Outbound Sales, BPO Non Voice, Cold Calling, Outbound Calling, English, Voice Support, Computer Skills, Telemarketing, Tele Marketing, Typing Skills, and BPO Call Center.
