Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Telecaller to join our team in the Real Estate / Construction industry. The ideal candidate will have 2-7 years of experience and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Make outbound calls to potential customers/leads and follow up on inquiries.
  • Generate leads for products/services and explain them to clients over the phone.
  • Maintain records of calls and client information in CRM or Excel.
  • Schedule appointments and handle basic customer queries.
  • Work effectively in a team environment to achieve sales targets.
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in any field (B.A, B.C.A, B.Com, BDS).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in telecalling or a related field.
  • Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment and meet sales targets.
  • Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in English and possess strong negotiation skills.
  • Experience as an Office Assistant, Back Office, or Tele Caller is preferred.
