Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Telecaller to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of experience in sales and marketing, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Roles and Responsibility

Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling and networking.
Set up calls with potential clients and deliver information on products/services.
Build strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
Collaborate with internal teams to achieve business objectives.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in any field.
Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the service industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a team environment and meet sales targets.
Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
Familiarity with financial services, including mutual funds and telesales.
Experience in telecalling and customer service is an added advantage.
