Job Title: Tele-caller Head Location: Wakad, Pune Department: Sales Salary: upto 9 LPA Job Summary: The Telecaller Head will lead, manage, and motivate the telecalling team to achieve business targets related to sales, lead generation, and customer engagement. This role involves planning strategies, monitoring performance, providing training, and ensuring excellent customer handling standards. Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership & Management Supervise, guide, and motivate the telecaller team to meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly targets. Allocate calling lists, monitor productivity, and ensure adherence to calling scripts and processes. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback. Sales & Business Growth Develop strategies to maximize lead generation, sales conversions, and customer retention. Work with the sales and marketing team to design effective telecalling campaigns. Ensure achievement of individual and team sales goals. Quality & Process Management Monitor call quality, customer interactions, and adherence to company policies. Maintain databases, track leads, and ensure accurate reporting in CRM or call tracking systems. Identify process gaps and suggest improvements for efficiency. Training & Development Conduct training sessions for new joiners and refresher programs for the team. Build product knowledge, soft skills, and communication skills of team members. Reporting & Analytics Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports on team performance. Analyze calling data and provide insights to management for decision-making. Key Skills & Competencies: Strong leadership and people management skills. Excellent communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle pressure and drive team motivation. Strong knowledge of telecalling techniques and CRM tools. Result-oriented mindset with problem-solving ability. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / Marketing / Any relevant field. 5–8 years of experience in telecalling/inside sales, with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory or team leader role. Experience in managing large teams and achieving sales targets. Compensation: Competitive salary + Incentives based on performance.
