We are looking for a dynamic HR Manager to strengthen our workforce through effective talent acquisition and ensure seamless HR operations. Role Overview This role will primarily focus on Talent Acquisition (80%) and partially on HR Operations (20%). The ideal candidate will be a proactive professional who can drive end-to-end recruitment and ensure HR policies, employee engagement, and training initiatives are successfully implemented. Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition (80%) Manage the entire recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Develop and execute innovative hiring strategies to attract top talent in the real estate sector. Maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical roles. Partner with department heads to understand manpower requirements and close positions within defined timelines. Conduct salary benchmarking and support in offer negotiations. HR Operations (20%) Ensure smooth implementation of HR policies and compliance with company guidelines. Conduct employee induction and orientation programs for new hires. Drive employee engagement initiatives to build a positive work culture. Identify training needs and coordinate learning & development programs. Support HR audits, reports, and compliance requirements. Candidate Profile Graduate/Postgraduate in Human Resources or related field. 3–5 years of proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in real estate or related industries. Strong knowledge of talent sourcing tools, interview techniques, and HR best practices. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
