The Sports Gurukul (R) is a pioneer in organized sports development and coaching programs at the grassroots level. Specializing in integrated sports and fitness programs for schools, The Sports Gurukul operates under the aegis of Ecube Sports Gurukul Pvt. Ltd since April 2009. Based in Mumbai, the organization has various open sports training centers across the city and aims to expand across India in the coming years through its systematic sports programs and curriculum.

About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and organized team leader to manage our calling staff and center coordinators. The ideal candidate will focus on driving sales conversions, team discipline, and grooming, while ensuring smooth day-to-day coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and groom the calling team to improve communication and conversion skills

- Monitor daily follow-ups, lead status, and ensure CRM accuracy

- Drive sales-focused calling processes with consistent performance tracking

- Coordinate with marketing and operations for efficient lead allocation

- Support center coordinators to maintain operational flow

Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of experience managing a calling/support team

- Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills

- Sales-driven mindset with a focus on results and closures

- Working knowledge of CRM or Excel-based lead tracking

- Fluency in English and Hindi
