Role Overview:

Telecaller cum Operations Executive

This is a Customer-facing role with backend coordination responsibilities, ideal for someone who enjoys communication, multitasking, and hands-on involvement in day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate with Customers in their preferred language to ensure smooth coordination.
• Handle inbound and outbound inquiries from customers and provide appropriate solutions or information.
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and update excel sheets in the system accordingly.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Support operations team in terms of timely sourcing, procurement and delivering of product items at client end. Should be good in handling procurement and logistics.
• Day to Day data management in regards to daily operational tasks and reporting to operations head.

•Should be good in MS Excel.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Excellent communication skills in

• Basic proficiency in

• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to work with spreadsheets, order tracking tools, and basic office software.
• Experience in telecalling, customer service, or operations will be a plus.
