Telecaller

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients and introduce Avanscure’s product range.
• Follow up on leads generated through digital campaigns, exhibitions, or referrals.
• Clearly and accurately explain product features, technical details, and pricing (when needed).
• Maintain detailed call logs, client databases, and follow-up schedules using CRM tools.
• Schedule meetings or calls for the sales and business development team.
• Provide timely feedback to management on customer requirements and market trends.
• Coordinate with internal teams (sales, logistics, accounts) for smooth lead conversion.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Science/Pharma background preferred).
• 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or inside sales.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive, problem-solving attitude.
• Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); CRM tools experience is a plus.
• Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
