Role Overview: You will be working as a Channel Sales representative, focusing on identifying, onboarding, and nurturing relationships with various channel partners such as brokers, real estate agents, and IPCs. Your primary responsibility will involve driving partner activation, providing training, and offering sales conversion support. Moreover, you will be responsible for planning and executing regular broker meets, site visits, and relationship-building events to strengthen partnerships. Key Responsibilities: - Identify, onboard, and nurture relationships with channel partners including brokers, real estate agents, and IPCs. - Drive partner activation, provide training, and offer sales conversion support. - Plan and execute regular broker meets, site visits, and relationship-building events. - Track partner performance and provide necessary support such as collateral and incentives. In the Direct Sales aspect of the role: - Handle walk-in clients, leads generated from digital campaigns, or those provided by in-house marketing teams. - Conduct site visits, deliver presentations, and negotiate with potential clients. - Convert high-quality leads into bookings and close sales in alignment with set targets. - Maintain strong relationships with clients post-sale to encourage referrals and ensure satisfaction. Qualifications Required: - Prior experience in channel sales or direct sales roles. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to negotiate and close sales effectively. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Knowledge of the real estate industry is a plus.,
