Role & responsibilities

1. Cultivate meaningful connections with potential clients to create and expand business opportunities.

4. Build and nurture strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.

5. Proactively initiate contact with leads provided by the company.

6. Reach out to prospective clients to identify and pursue new business prospects.

7. Conduct thorough client meetings to analyze needs and preferences.

8. Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.

9. Successfully close sales transactions and submit relevant documentation to sellers.

11. Embrace and embody the company's core values and objectives.

12. Provide regular sales activity reports to senior management, along with proactive sales strategies to achieve set targets.

13. Potentially manage key customer accounts, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.

14. Monitor, compile, and analyze sales data for reporting purposes.
