Job Description Accounts & Finance Manager Location: Doddaballapur, Karnataka Experience: 8–10 years Industry: Manufacturing About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Accounts & Finance Manager to oversee the financial health of our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing accounting, financial planning, statutory compliance, and cost control while ensuring accuracy, transparency, and efficiency in all financial activities. Key Responsibilities: Accounting & Financial Management Manage end-to-end accounting functions including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and Payroll. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements as per statutory requirements. Monitor cash flow, working capital, and fund management to ensure smooth operations. Manage banking operations, including LC, BG, loan documentation, and fund utilization. Budgeting, Forecasting & Costing Develop annual budgets, financial forecasts, and variance analysis. Monitor production costs, inventory valuation, and ensure accurate cost accounting. Implement cost control measures and highlight areas for efficiency improvement. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, ERP functional understanding, and experience managing cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities 1. Project Planning & Governance • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation. • Establish governance processes, risk management plans, and quality control measures. 2. Stakeholder & Team Management • Act as the primary point of contact between client, internal teams, and vendors. • Manage cross-functional project teams (consultants, developers, testers). • Facilitate regular project review meetings and provide transparent updates. 3. Execution & Monitoring • Oversee day-to-day execution of ERP projects (Business Central, Finance & Operations, SAP, Oracle, etc.). • Track progress against plan, manage changes, and resolve issues promptly. • Ensure deliverables meet functional, technical, and quality standards. 4. Risk, Budget & Compliance • Monitor and control project budgets, resource utilization, and timelines. • Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies. • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and industry best practices. 5. Documentation & Handover • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including status reports, meeting minutes, and change requests. • Ensure smooth handover to support/maintenance teams post go-live. Qualifications & Experience • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field (PMP / PRINCE2 certification preferred). • 7+ years of experience in IT project management, with at least 3 years in ERP implementation. • Experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 / SAP / Oracle ERP preferred. • Strong understanding of ERP modules (Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Projects). • Proven track record of delivering ERP projects on time and within budget.
