We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our team at Amvion Labs Pvt Ltd . The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in outbound calling, lead generation, and sales conversion, with excellent communication and negotiation skills. You will play a key role in expanding our customer base and driving revenue growth through proactive calling and relationship management. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate qualified leads. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services. Follow up on leads, maintain customer engagement, and convert prospects into clients. Maintain and update CRM records with accurate call logs and lead details. Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets. Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to improve lead quality and conversion. Handle customer inquiries professionally and provide prompt resolutions. Participate in team meetings and contribute to sales strategies and improvement ideas. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in any discipline. Minimum 2+ years of experience in Telesales / Inside Sales / Telemarketing (preferably in IT, SaaS, or B2B sales). Excellent verbal communication skills in English (Tamil/Hindi added advantage). Strong persuasion, negotiation, and customer-handling skills. Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
