Key Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Attend inbound and outbound calls to promote and sell insurance products (Motor, Health, and Life).
  • Engage with clients to help them understand and utilize the company's insurance offerings effectively.
  • Meet and exceed business targets and sales goals as defined by the company.
  • Coordinate with the operations team to ensure adherence to company processes and smooth policy issuance.
  • Build rapport and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Provide accurate product information and ensure excellent post-sale support and customer satisfaction.

Key Requirements:

  • Education: Graduate in any discipline.
  • Experience: 02 years in telesales, preferably in the insurance, financial services, or BPO industry.
  • Location: Bangalore.
  • Candidates looking for career stability and growth opportunities.
  • Enthusiastic and persuasive telecallers with the ability to handle client objections effectively.

Professional Skills:

  • Excellent communication and listening skills.
  • Willingness to work in tele-sales for Motor, Health, or Life Insurance products.
  • Basic understanding of insurance concepts and sales processes.
  • Strong customer orientation and persuasive ability.
