This hiring is for PANHA not Flow Talks

PANHA is India's fastest peer-support network connecting you to a caring Buddy in just 30 seconds. This safe, anonymous platform supports individuals facing trauma, mental health challenges, and personal struggles. Driven by a 10,000-strong peer support community and a passionate team of 100+ changemakers, PANHA provides four main services: an anonymous chat platform, a human Buddy for listening (peer support), an AI-driven Buddy 24/7 support model, and counseling therapy sessions. PANHA addresses challenges such as breakup trauma, family disputes, toxic relationships, academic pressure, financial stress, anxiety, depression, and lack of empathetic support platforms.

Role Description

This is an internship remote role for a Tele Sales position. The Tele Sales intern will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients and offering PANHA’s services, handling customer inquiries, and providing exceptional customer support. Day-to-day tasks include making calls, tracking and following up on leads, answering customer queries, and assisting in the training of new team members.
