Job Description: As a Telecaller in the Pharma or Hospital industry, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers with the aim of converting leads into sales. Your role will involve engaging with customers in English, Hindi, and Telugu to effectively communicate the benefits of our products or services. By leveraging your strong persuasion and negotiation skills, you will build and maintain positive relationships with customers to achieve sales targets. Key Responsibilities: - Make outbound calls to potential customers within the Pharma or Hospital industry - Communicate product or service benefits effectively in English, Hindi, and Telugu - Build and maintain positive customer relationships - Achieve sales targets through persuasion and negotiation - Utilize CRM software or MS Excel for lead tracking and management - Ensure timely follow-ups with customers to convert leads into sales Qualification Required: - Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling within the Pharma or Hospital industry - Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred Additional Company Details: Joining our healthcare/pharma-focused sales team will provide you with the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in client relationship management and lead conversion.
