Job Description

We Are Hiring for Day shift for Tele sales Executive from 0 to 6 years of Experience. ( Day Shift ).

Roles and Responsibilities:

Providing complete information about the product to customers.
Giving the right pitch to potential customers to encourage product purchases.
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved satisfactorily
Documenting all interactions with customers
Providing the best possible solutions to customer queries

Job Requirements:

Proficiency in English and Hindi + any regional language would be a plus, as well as

verbal communication.

Both freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Quick learner with the ability to grasp new systems and processes.
Detail-oriented and thorough in ensuring minimal errors while sending communication to

customers.

Demonstrates a flair for helping and servicing clients.
Active listening, empathy, and patience with respect to customer interactions.
Ability to convert leads to sales without being pushy/intrusive.
Ability to articulate in different ways.
Comfortable working 6 days with 1 rotational week off.
Candidates should be comfortable working in rotational shifts, with females working from

9 AM to 8 PM and males from 9 AM to 9 PM, totaling 9 hours of work per day.
