Job Summary: We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Tele Caller to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, the ability to engage customers effectively, and a willingness to learn. Freshers passionate about building a career in customer service or sales are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain products/services clearly. Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information. Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable solutions. Perform follow-ups to ensure lead conversion and customer satisfaction. Achieve daily/weekly call targets and performance metrics. Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude at all times. Required Skills: Fluency in Hindi and Telugu is mandatory. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred). Ability to remain calm and persistent despite rejections. Good listening skills and problem-solving mindset. Qualification: Minimum 12th pass or any graduation. 01 year of experience in telecalling or customer service preferred.
