Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Tele Fundraising Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a strong passion for fundraising.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective tele fundraising strategies to achieve sales targets.

Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential donors through regular follow-ups and communications.

Conduct research to identify new funding opportunities and stay up-to-date on industry trends.

Collaborate with the development team to create compelling proposals and reports.

Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly fundraising goals.

Provide exceptional customer service to donors, addressing their queries and concerns professionally and promptly.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in tele fundraising or a related field, with a track record of success.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of motivation and energy.

Strong knowledge of fundraising principles, practices, and techniques.

Proficiency in using CRM software and other fundraising tools.

Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure, with a focus on achieving results.
