Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Tele Calling Executive to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have 1-6 years of experience in the BFSI industry, with a strong background in sales and customer service.

Roles and Responsibility

Handle inbound and outbound calls to promote banking products and services.
Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to increase sales.
Identify new business opportunities through cold calling and lead generation.
Provide excellent customer service and resolve complaints professionally.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance goals.
Collaborate with internal teams to achieve business objectives.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in telecalling or sales, preferably in the BFSI industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Basic knowledge of banking products and services is required.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills are necessary.
Experience working with CRM software or similar tools is preferred.
