Job Description: Banzera Solution Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller Executive to join our dynamic team. The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls to potential customers, promoting our IT services and products, and assisting in lead generation and follow-ups. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential clients to explain company services and generate interest. Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into business opportunities. Follow up on leads generated through various channels (digital marketing, website, references). Maintain a database of customer information and update regularly. Work closely with the sales and marketing team to support client acquisition. Schedule meetings for the business development team. Handle customer queries in a professional manner. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets as assigned. Required Skills: Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Odia . Confident and persuasive speaking ability. Basic knowledge of IT services or willingness to learn. Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office is a plus. Good organizational and multitasking skills. Ability to handle pressure and work towards targets. Qualifications: Minimum: +2 / Any Graduate (Freshers can apply) Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or BPO is an advantage.
